Spring and summer are fantastic times to visit the WWT Martin Mere Wetland Centre as new life develops allowing you to see the cute sights of ducklings, goslings, cygnets and chicks spring up around the reserve.
251 Menlove Avenue, named Mendips, was the childhood home of John Lennon, singer and songwriter in the Beatles. The home was bought by Yoko Ono, Lennon’s widow, who then donated it to the National Trust.
Mersey Ferry River Explorer Cruise
This is a must while you are in Liverpool and gives you a great opportunity to see the constantly evolving waterfront from the deck of a famous ferry. Hop aboard for a 50-minute round journey, which stops at three terminals.
National Waterways Museum

St John’s Beacon

Stream in the Sky
