Surrey is just 40 minutes from central London and very easy to reach whether you are travelling using the car, train, airline, coach or bus.
By air
Surrey is perfectly located between Heathrow and Gatwick international airports. There are also a number of private airports in and around Surrey, which are suitable for light aircraft and helicopters.

• Blackbushe Airport, near Camberley
• Farnborough Airport in neighbouring Hampshire
By road
Surrey has a comprehensive road network, which is busiest from 8am until 9.30am and from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. Leisure travellers should try to avoid these peak commuter times. Local radio stations, such as BBC Surrey (104 and 104.6 FM) regularly give travel updates.

By coach
A number of coach services operate in Surrey. There is also a National Express coach link service between Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
