Our copy of ‘This is Edinburgh’ came today and I wanted to tell you that I think this is a fantastic publication, and by far the best that you have produced. This is the fifth edition in which we have advertised and you have always looked after us so well. Congratulations on this most excellent promotion of our wonderful city and you thoroughly deserve the success of the guide.

I manage two small shopping centres in Wickham, Hampshire, and advertising can be very hit and miss and, in most cases, short-lived. We have a great local customer base but have found it increasingly difficult to specifically bring customers outside of the village to us. Kingfisher has allowed us to market ourselves to more specific customer types, looking for picturesque places to shop and eat. The quality of the Kingfisher visitor guides is second to none and they have made it easy for customers to find us through the printed guide and website, allowing them to contact or travel to us with ease.

We’ve been in business for more than 30 years and ‘This is Edinburgh’ is the only publication we now advertise in. What a stylish upmarket publication with great content – our advert looks lovely and has attracted lots of attention.

Kingfisher Visitor Guides offer us a high-quality, value-for-money advert, which targets our desired audience, so is perfect for our needs. We have been advertising with Kingfisher for several years now, and we cannot fault the service that we receive. If the quality or service was not there, then we would not continue to advertise with Kingfisher, and we would look to spend our budget elsewhere. Our adverts are produced in a professional and timely manner, and the help that we have received in the preparation of artwork for inclusion in the publication is second-to-none. We are always made to feel like a valued customer and we have developed very good working relationships with the team at Kingfisher over many years.

Your Cardiff publication is the classiest guide to the city that I have seen, and I am sure that visitors find it useful. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff involved in the compilation of our advert. I have always admired the guide you produce, which invariably looks beautiful and contains a great deal of helpful and attractively presented information for visitors to our city. Everyone I have dealt with at Kingfisher has been helpful each and every year we have advertised, but this year they really did go the extra mile. I was struggling to provide photos and your designers scoured our Facebook page and put together a beautiful advert by selecting pictures themselves. I was afraid the quality of the Facebook photos would not be good enough but I need not have worried, your staff carefully selected ones that were suitable and I was delighted with the result.

This “Welcome to East Sussex Guide” has really impressed us all at the Enterprise Shopping Centre. This brand new publication offers the look, feel and quality that fits well with our Boutique Independent Shopping Centre, offering visitors to Eastbourne a chance to explore a very unique experience in shopping. The distribution list is also impressive and targets perfectly our prospective clientele. Flyers and pamphlets have not been a wholly effective means of advertising and we are so overjoyed with the Kingfisher Visitor Guide. Special thanks to the Kingfisher team who have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, making the process easy and enjoyable. We look forward to advertising with you again in 2020!

The ‘This is Belfast’ book is a great way for our guests to read recommendations on what to see, eat and do in Belfast, as well as keeping abreast of what is popular in the area. This comprehensive guide, as well as being easy to read and informative, is a great addition to our hotel rooms giving the guests that added extra to make the most of their time in the city. Most of our guests refer to this book to find tours or places to eat out which is great, especially when they are in a new city.

We really love having these books in our rooms. I know a lot of guests use ‘This is Manchester’ to get the best out of the city and we get a lot of questions and feedback from guests about things in the book.

The ‘Welcome to Bristol’ publication will be an asset to our rooms – they look very professional and my past experience in hotels tells me that these will be very popular with our guests.

I must thank you again for an excellent production of ‘This is Leeds’. Having only recently taken over as General Manager at Chevin Country Park it is great to be able to read such wide and varied information about the surrounding areas. It is so nice to have customers say they have found us while looking through this beautifully-illustrated book whilst in their hotel when visiting Brighton.
